today i work at digital mall as part time promoting printer~~ i work at weekends only~~ saturday and sunday~~ few free to buy printer from me... XP

today got a customer bought a printer last week and 6 day later she used it and the printer cant use =.= then she take back to the our store and ask why the black colour cant use. we check the printer and the black colour really cant use.

We told our customer that before 7days, we can change another new printer to her but today we sold out our stock, we dun have stock to change to her and ask her to go for warranty. ofcoz she is quite upset and scolded my colleague for several minutes!! LOL!! pity him!!

Lastly, after she put all her anger to my colleague, she agree to send the printer to warranty it.
luckily nothing big happen, such as call manager come or something~!

hope after the warranty, the printer will be perfect!!
